Storm Water
Storm water is diverted from your roof through your gutter and downpipe system into a storm water drain which removes the excess water from your property. Your property will also have a fall point where the storm water gathers and enters the storm water drain.
If you identify a low point in your yard a storm water pit can be dug and connected to the storm water drain to assist in removing the excess water from your property. Some homes will also still have clay storm water pipes which can crack and cause leaks or become infiltrated with tree roots. We can replace the clay pipe with new PVC pipes and connect to the council storm water mains system.
