Ensuite Renovation

For this Ensuite bathroom, the relocation of fixture positions allowed for additional space to be created without loosing any functionality.  Our clients were happy to combine their shower and bath, allowing an additional 900mm to be gained.  By moving the bath to under the newly fitting & tiled in window, a double wall hung vanity has seamlessly been positioned where the bath once was.  This slight change in design has created the luxury of dual personal space with the over vanity light adding the glamour.  The tiling design of running the dark floor tiles up the face of the bath and onto the end wall has added depth, making the space feel bigger.  With the offset of classic white gloss tiles on the parallel walls and the chrome framed feature box this room is both practical and sleek.  The final touch was square setting the cornice to compliment the modern clean lines of the room.

Our service package offered complete Trade management to covert our clients ideas into reality.  With Mark taking the owners vision and communicating, planning, and execution, the design implementaton has been a complete success.  Our client was extremely happy with the end result including the process of the renovation.  They also have the piece of mind of our 6.5 year warranty against major defects for all Trades.  TGPS had a great time on this project and are proud of the end result.
